Employment Conditions:
Salary from: 4500–5000 RON/mont with an increase to 6000 and above.
Accommodation: provided by the company
Working hours: 160–240 hours/month
Sunday work: paid at double rate
Legal Employment Process (Official EU Work Documents)

All candidates are employed through a fully legal process in Romania:
1️⃣ The employer obtains a Work Permit (Aviz de muncă) issued by the Romanian Immigration Authority.
2️⃣ Based on this permit, the candidate applies for a long-stay work visa (Type D), typically issued for up to 90 days.
3️⃣ After arrival in Romania, the employee receives a Residence Permit (Permis de ședere) valid for up to 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

✅ This ensures legal stay, legal work, and full compliance with EU immigration law.
